About Nord Sloane Ventures

Nord Sloane Ventures is an independent advisory and investor engagement firm focused on the defence and dual-use sectors. We work with defence and dual-use technology companies, fund managers, and institutional stakeholders on capital strategy, investor positioning, and disciplined engagement with private and strategic capital. Our advisory work supports clients operating in complex defence-adjacent markets, where regulatory frameworks, procurement cycles, geopolitical considerations, and national security sensitivities materially influence investment outcomes. We focus on clarity of narrative, quality of capital, and long-term alignment between operators and investors. Alongside advisory mandates, Nord Sloane convenes curated investor forums and closed-door industry discussions bringing together investors, operators, and relevant stakeholders across the defence and dual-use ecosystem. These engagements are designed to prioritise substance, discretion, and informed dialogue over transactional deal flow. Nord Sloane Ventures does not manage assets or deploy capital. We operate exclusively as an independent advisory partner, enabling objective advice and trusted engagement across the defence and dual-use sectors.
