About norg.ai

Norg is a global leading AI Visibility & Structured Commerce platform, purpose-built to help brands control how artificial intelligence systems discover, interpret, cite, and recommend their products and services. Founded in Melbourne and operating globally, Norg helps enterprise brands optimise for the new generation of AI-powered discovery platforms including ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Gemini, and emerging AI shopping agents. As AI increasingly replaces traditional search as the primary path to purchase, brands face a new challenge: AI systems generate answers based on structured data, citation authority, and content depth — not traditional SEO rankings. Norg ensures brands are visible, accurately represented, and confidently recommended within these AI-generated responses. What Norg Does Norg provides a purpose-built Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) platform that: • Identifies gaps preventing AI citation and recommendation • Engineers structured, machine-readable brand and product content • Publishes simultaneously across multiple AI-consumption formats • Enables AI shopping agent-ready product feeds • Tracks AI crawler activity (training, search, and user-action) • Measures citation share and recommendation performance Unlike traditional SEO retrofitting old techniques for AI, Norg was engineered from the ground up to understand how large language models ingest, interpret, and surface information.
