NORKA INSTITUTE OF FOREIGN LANGUAGES (NIFL) (Thiruvananthapuram, Kozhikode) Language Study and Migration Facilitation Center Norka Institute of Foreign Languages (NIFL) is a state government institution under Norka Roots that helps prospective candidates learn a foreign language or and improve their foreign language proficiency and employability skills. We have two main branches located in Thiruvananthapuram (Mettukada) and Kozhikode (Ram Mohan Road). Additionally, NIFL is planning to open satellite centers across Kerala, except in Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Kozhikode, and Kannur districts. Envisioned as a Language Learning and Migration Facilitation Center, NIFL also facilitates employers to find perfect candidates , apart from delivering the best job opportunities for job seekers, by offering them comprehensive training. Health professionals who successfully complete the course have ample opportunities to find jobs abroad through Norka Roots! The Institute offers training and support to clear OET (Occupational English Test) in English as well as I.E.L.T.S (International English Language Testing System) in online and offline mode. Similarly, Candidates preparing to go to Germany can attend German Language learning programmes in C.E.F.R (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) levels of A1, A2, B1 and B2. In August 2024, NIFL formalized its partnership with OET by signing an MOU, establishing itself as the official language partner for OET in Kerala.
