About NorrLab

We help material handling companies sell faster and smarter with smart configuration and technology. With decades of combined experience in material handling, we've seen the challenges:: → Sales teams waiting days for quotes because engineering was buried in CAD drawings and Excel spreadsheets. → Customers struggling to visualize solutions from 2D blueprints. → Errors sneaking in because data was being manually transferred between different systems. → Engineers spending 80% of their time on repetitive work instead of interesting custom projects. So we started Norrlab to help material handling companies solve these problems - with whatever solution fits their needs. We're independent advisors, not tied to one platform. Our team has decades of combined experience in material handling. We've worked with racking manufacturers, conveyor companies and warehouse solution providers. We understand the industry because we've been in it for years. HOW WE WORK We start by listening. Really listening. To your sales process, your engineering team, your customers, your specific challenges. Then we design solutions that match how you actually work - not force you into how software thinks you should work. THE RESULTS Companies working with us typically see: - 7x faster quote generation - 75% fewer production errors - 31% more sales opportunities - Engineering time freed up for interesting projects We're small enough to care deeply about every client. Experienced enough to have seen most problems before. Independent enough to recommend what's actually right for you.
