About Nortec Communications, Inc.

Nortec Communications is the home of Solution Steve, the easy-going, fun-loving, never-condescending, and terrifically good-looking tech geek who genuinely loves helping people just like you with all your telecom and networking issues. Plus, he always answers the damn phone. Ask him a question and you’ll discover he’s not your typical “shutdown-restart” help desk analyst. We are a locally owned and operated business in Burnsville and Alexandria, MN that specializes in managed and hosted voice solutions, structured cabling, network security, and video surveillance for the small to mid-sized business market. But that’s not terribly sexy (and neither are our product descriptions below). You want sexy? Call Solution Steve! Voice + Video + Text Businesses rely on a unified communication system that seamlessly integrates everything from phone calls to your office and cell phone to text messaging and video conferencing. Your voice system brings all these methods together to boost communication efficiency and help you better serve your customers. Networking + Security We are networking experts who get it right the first time. From the addition of new offices to an entire renovation, we offer everything from your networking equipment to expert low-voltage ethernet cabling services by a fully licensed technology system contractor. Surveillance Our convenient cell phone app enables you to monitor your business with live surveillance feeds to your desktop, your cell phone, or anywhere to achieve real-time safety assurances. We want to be your provider and we will prove it with our unmatched customer service. That’s not just a cliched tagline... we will literally stand our customer service up against any other company in the telecom industry. Just try us - what do you have to lose? That’s not a rhetorical question… seriously, what do you have to lose by trying a new telecom provider? Contact us: 952-215-0200.
