About North Creek Recruiting

Looking to Hire in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Construction? If your business has a strong presence in the Seattle area and you're looking to grow your team in engineering, manufacturing, or construction, I'd love to connect. I bring nearly two decades of recruiting experience across these three disciplines, and I specialize in contingent search—meaning you don’t pay a fee unless you hire a candidate I’ve introduced. At North Creek Recruiting, I take a consultative approach: •I work closely with hiring managers to understand the full scope of the role and the challenge they’re trying to solve. •I source, screen, and present highly qualified candidates. I have an extensive network of candidates and use primarily passive sourcing techniques to find the best candidates. Many people in my network I have known for years and haven't placed, but we stay in touch. Part of having a strong network is creating and keeping long-term relationships with people in the industry. •I guide both clients and candidates through the interview, selection, and offer negotiation process. This can be an emotional roller coaster and tricky process, and I work hard to make the process run smoothly. If you're building out your team and adding an important hire —or just want a recruiting partner who truly understands your industry—I’d welcome the chance to talk.
