Hello! If you are looking for an experienced and Board Licensed Therapist you have come to right place. I am currently taking new clients! I specialize in female adolescent and adults struggling with anxiety, panic, stress, trauma, life changes and relationship challenges. I also provide couples therapy which I enjoy tremendously. Lastly, I provide supervision for master's level clinicians and graduate students as well as consultation for families, clinicians and educational settings. Because I incorporate a wide variety of evidence based counseling modalities and theories I am better able to meet unique individual needs for you. I believe you already have everything you need to succeed, but somewhere along the line barriers have grown, blocking you from being your authentic self.
