We’re Austin & Jen Alexander—husband-and-wife team, parents to our favorite little associate, George, and lifelong students of franchising. Collectively, we bring over two decades of experience as franchise owners, business coaches, marketing leaders, franchisee trainers, and business development. Franchising didn’t just shape our careers—it reshaped our lives. It gave us flexibility, perspective, and the ability to build a life that leaves room for family dinners, meaningful travel, time outdoors, and the things that actually matter (sun, ocean, mountains, and yes—golf courses, too).
