We act on behalf of a select number of clients, sourcing on- and off-market opportunities aligned to clear acquisition criteria rather than promoting pre-packaged deals. Our approach is relationship-led, discreet, and focused on building long-term partnerships. We support clients throughout the acquisition process, from identifying suitable opportunities to introduction and deal progression. This includes direct-to-owner outreach, deal origination, matching assets to specific requirements, and supporting negotiations. We work across a range of property types including roadside retail, trade counter units, development land, solar and infrastructure land, apartment blocks, and income-producing assets. Whether working with investors, family offices, retail and trade operators, or developers, our focus is simple: understand the brief, source the right opportunities, and help secure property that fits the client’s strategy.
