Northbound Nature was born out of Melissa's personal experiences as part of the inauthenticity epidemic in our modern culture, triggering more widely acknowledged epidemics: depression, anxiety, illness, and a general widespread sense of being out of touch with ourselves and our planet. She has battled the gamut of side effects resulting from a life lived off track - with autoimmune illness at its peak - and now, following recovery, is on a mission to share the secrets to getting one's health and life back.
