About Northern Diversified Solutions

Trusted cannabis emulsions for beverage brands and co-packers — fully traceable, compliant, and built to perform. Northern Diversified Solutions (NDS) is a vertically integrated provider of hemp-derived emulsions, helping beverage brands and co-packers move from concept to shelf with speed and confidence. Founded in 2019 by former Cargill executive Kyle Marinkovich, NDS was built on Minnesota roots with a clear mission: to bring food-grade integrity, full chain-of-custody traceability, and regulatory compliance to the hemp beverage industry. Through our Field to Formula™ model, we manage every step in-house — sourcing from contracted Minnesota growers, extracting, testing, and emulsifying in a GMP-certified, food-grade facility. That means every batch is documented, verifiable, and audit-ready, giving brands and co-packers the assurance regulators and investors demand. With competitive, predictable pricing, dependable supply, and a proven national reach, NDS partners with beverage brands and co-packers across the country to deliver emulsions that are versatile, consistent, and compliant. In addition to beverage emulsions, NDS also provides raw actives and select white-label edibles, extending the same standards of traceability and compliance across formats. At NDS, we believe: • We respond quickly because your timelines demand it. • We make it right because your brand depends on it. • We move fast because the market doesn’t wait. • And above all, we work with good people, because trust is the foundation of everything we do. With NDS, beverage brands don’t just scale — they scale with confidence. Learn more: northerndiversified.com
