About Northern Rivers Coaching and Counselling

Northern Rivers Coaching and Counselling is a boutique EAP service based in regional NSW, with a national client base. We have a strong interest in rural and regional mental health, and devote a lot of time to making in-person visits to our primary industry clients, including farms, feedlots, transport companies and food processing facilities in some of the more remote parts of NSW and QLD. We also provide tailored executive and career coaching, as well as workplace mental health consulting and education, including MHFA accreditation. Originally we focused on businesses in the Northern Rivers of NSW, but this has quickly expanded to Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and parts of Tasmania. We even have a few clients in New Zealand now.
