About NorthStar Energy, LLC

NorthStar companies operate in some of the most remote communities in Alaska and Hawaii and along the California coast where traditional fuel is still a critical and vital resource. It is up to us to deliver this commodity safely, ethically, and without harm to the local environment and our responsibility to guide our customers to the future of fuel while navigating the complexities of remote geographies and economies. Our distributed leadership model allows our companies to access best-in-class resources, insights into industry trends and market developments so that they can focus on customers’ needs and also be positioned for the future. We believe that to responsibly guide the future of fuel, our people and processes must be rooted in safety, environmental compliance, and sustainability while driven by a service-oriented, entrepreneurial spirit. As a company, NorthStar is dedicated to the fundamental principles of equity and inclusion, and we believe that diversity in all forms strengthens organizations. We are made up of a remarkable group of individuals - ones who work hard and make sacrifices in order to serve others in a volatile and uncertain environment while being guided by our core values. Our people are committed to supporting our customers; have the courage to develop protocols and systems that keep everyone safe and healthy; exercise personal agency to take action when things don’t seem right; and work cohesively as one unit to ensure we finish what we start. The people of NorthStar Energy embrace disruption, thrive in ambiguity, and respond quickly to unforeseen challenges. We want to grow a team rich in diverse talents and experiences. If our mission and values resonate with you, reach out to us. We want to get to know you, and we want you to get to know us, too.
