About Notarkammer Brandenburg

Die Notarkammer Brandenburg existiert seit September 1990 und hat seit 1994 ihren Sitz in der Dortustraße 71 in Potsdam. Sie ist eine Körperschaft des öffentlichen Rechts und vertritt die Gesamtheit der im Land Brandenburg amtierenden Notarinnen und Notare. Entsprechend ihrer gesetzlichen Aufgabenzuweisung und auf der Grundlage der Satzung und berufsethischen Richtlinien wacht sie über Ehre und Ansehen ihrer Mitglieder und fördert die Pflege der notarspezifischen Rechtsgebiete. Sie nimmt einerseits die Interessen des Berufsstandes nach außen wahr, andererseits auch die standesrechtliche Kontrolle über die ihr angehörenden Notare. In diesem Rahmen ist die Notarkammer auch Ansprechpartner für Beschwerden über Notare und Notarassessoren. Die Notarkammer ist ebenfalls für die Fortbildung der Notarinnen und Notare sowie des notariellen Nachwuchses - der Notarassessorinnen und Notarassessoren - verantwortlich.
