About Nourished Content

Hi all! I’m finally sharing what I’ve been working on the last 6 months in quarantine! I’ve started a website called Control Your Fork. It's a project likely years in the making, finally coming to fruition. The website is geared towards health and wellness blogging which many of you know has been my passion for a really long time! I'm studying to be a health coach now, and will soon be offering Zoom sessions once I graduate from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. As an ode to my many years in the restaurant industry, personal cutlery sets will also be available for purchase! My biggest hope is that all of you will continue to enjoy and support your local restaurants during this time and beyond. So I thought, well, maybe if I provide stainless steel cutlery in cool colors that you can actually put in your dishwasher, it may make you feel just that much safer when dining out.
