About Nouveau Equation Consulting LLP

As a new-age SAP Consulting firm, we can help businesses achieve positive outcomes such as increased revenue, profitability & employee productivity using SAP Business Suite. Our 3-pronged strategic approach includes implementing a clean core, redesigning processes, and using business accelerators. Here’s a high-level overview of how we can help you achieve this: 1. Implement a Clean Core: A clean core strategy involves maintaining a streamlined IT landscape, which reduces complexity and operational costs. For instance, SAP’s Clean Core strategy advocates for a system centered around SAP S/4HANA as the digital core, complemented by cloud solutions for specific business functions. This approach helps in keeping the core system free from customizations that can hinder upgrades reducing agility and increase technical debt. 2. Process Redesign: Re-evaluating and redesigning business processes can lead to more efficient operations. This might involve adopting best practices, rethinking workflows to eliminate redundancies, and leveraging technology to automate tasks. The goal is to create processes that are not only efficient but also flexible enough to adapt to changing business needs in today’s world. 3. Use of Business Accelerators: Business accelerators are tools or platforms that speed up the implementation and adoption of new technologies. They can include ready solutions, pre-built templates, best practice guides, or frameworks that help in quickly adapting to and deploying new functionalities within your enterprise applications. By focusing on these areas, you can create an agile, responsive IT environment that supports continuous improvement and innovation, ultimately leading to a higher return on investment for your enterprise applications.
