About NOVATECH CONTROLS PTY LTD

Novatech Controls is an Australian‑owned manufacturer of advanced oxygen, gas, and moisture analysis technologies, dedicated to helping industry significantly reduce carbon emissions, lower energy consumption, and improve process efficiency. Since its establishment in 1974, Novatech has grown from partnering with Australian industrial furnace manufacturers into a global leader in zirconia‑based oxygen sensing and gas analysis systems, with products and solutions used across Australian power stations and exported to more than 50 countries. A cornerstone of Novatech’s mission is supporting customers on their path to sustainability. Its high‑precision oxygen analysers enable more efficient combustion control, reducing fuel usage and helping facilities cut their carbon footprint while increasing plant availability and operational reliability. The robustness and longevity of Novatech’s sensors—developed through CSIRO research—contribute to long‑term reductions in waste and maintenance demands, further supporting eco‑efficient operations. To advance sustainability in manufacturing and food processing, Novatech also provides in‑situ humidity and moisture measurement solutions such as the 1735 Water Vapour Transmitter. These systems optimise drying and baking processes by improving product quality consistency, reducing waste, and lowering the energy required for moisture‑critical operations. They are particularly valuable in food production environments where precise moisture control enhances yield while decreasing energy costs. Novatech continues to invest heavily in research partnerships with organisations including CSIRO and various industry research centres, ensuring ongoing innovation aligned with sustainability, energy efficiency, and global environmental goals.
