About Novatek

Founded in 2018, Novatek began with a simple mission: to provide exceptional IT support to small businesses in Christchurch. Our dedication to reliability and trustworthiness quickly earned us a reputation in the community, leading to opportunities to support local businesses outside of our existing network. We have a dedicated support team that troubleshoot and support end users remotely, and a team of field engineers that travel to onsite jobs where required.
