From a small dev shop to Pakistan's leading Odoo partner Novator started in 2018 as a small software consultancy in Karachi. Our founders - all engineers - were frustrated by the same story over and over: businesses spending millions on enterprise software, only to get systems that nobody used. We believed the problem wasn't the software. It was the implementation. Too many vendors sold licences and left. We decided to do the opposite - stay close, understand the business deeply, and build solutions that people actually wanted to use. Today we're an official Odoo Certified Partner with offices in Karachi and Lahore, a team of 18+ engineers and consultants, and 100+ delivered projects ranging from 5-person startups to national enterprises.
