Noviam connects bright, initiated people to leading financial institutions, in teams with mission-critical responsibilities, first as trained Noviam Analysts with a keen eye on becoming permanent team members. We’re a new way in Hire-Train-Deploy (HTD). The HTD market for tech is crowded because most, if not all, suppliers are only interested in coding and engineering roles—not us. Noviam focuses solely on the equally important operational functions where demand for talent is high because, let’s face it, not everyone wants (or needs) to be a coder. So, we’re obsessed with the non-engineering, operational roles across risk, compliance, and middle- to back-office, vital areas overlooked and underserved by other providers.
