About Novus Professional Services Pvt. Ltd.

Novus Pro is an award-winning multinational legal services firm, delivering enterprise legal solutions to global corporations and law firms across four continents. Our expertise lies in the review, management, and analysis of document-intensive legal matters. Leveraging advanced technology, world-class process management, and rigorous quality control, we consistently deliver measurably better outcomes for our clients. Over 50% of our team is Lean Six Sigma Belt certified, reflecting our deep commitment to operational excellence. We are not an eDiscovery vendor, a technology platform, or a traditional law firm—we are something unique. As non-testifying consulting experts, we are lawyers who utilize the proprietary Novus One-Touch Process™ to examine, analyze, and produce electronic evidence with unmatched accuracy and efficiency. Our turnkey work products—ranging from The Story, witness and key issue files, and fact analyses to chronologies and deposition summaries—enable our clients to pursue legal strategies with clarity and confidence. At Novus Pro, we cultivate a culture grounded in respect, transparency, and autonomy. We are a growth-driven organization that empowers every team member while fostering a diverse, inclusive, and supportive workplace. We are proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
