About NowModernize

NowModernize modernizes ServiceNow for mid-tier B2B SaaS companies. We fix over-customized, fragile instances that have become risky to change—so ServiceNow becomes stable again, upgrades become predictable, and AI/automation can actually work in production. ServiceNow rarely breaks overnight. It drifts: quick fixes pile up, scripts sprawl, CMDB/integrations lose trust, upgrades get deferred—and the platform slowly turns into a delivery blocker. We exist to reverse that drift. What we do We modernize existing ServiceNow environments using a rehabilitation-first approach (targeted refactoring and cleanup—not rip-and-replace). ServiceNow Modernization & Technical Debt Reduction Refactor risky customizations, simplify logic, improve maintainability and performance. Upgrade Factory Repeatable, risk-managed upgrades with strong regression discipline—so upgrades stop being scary projects. Application Management Services (AMS) Engineering-led support with continuous modernization—keeping the platform healthier every month. AI & Automation Readiness Workflow standardization, data/CMDB reliability, governance guardrails, and foundations for safe automation and AI. AI-ready = stable platform + standard processes + reliable data. How we’re different Modernization specialists — we strengthen what you already run. Forward-deployed engineers — we work alongside your team (consult + execute together). Playbook-driven delivery — structured assessments and repeatable execution, not ad-hoc heroics. Typical outcomes Reduced platform debt and change risk Upgrades move from “major projects” to predictable releases Faster delivery by cutting backlog drag and recurring production issues Lower run costs through simplification and operational efficiency If upgrades, backlog, or AI/workflow automation are becoming harder than they should be—let’s talk.
