NUELE was founded by Anne Cheatham, MSN CRNA, and Dr. Christine Martey-Ochola, PhD, two scientists whose combined expertise spans biochemistry, biological research, medicine, and food science. With more than 30 years of experience formulating products using natural, nutrient-rich ingredients, Anne and Christine bring deep scientific rigor and a holistic understanding of health to everything they create. Driven by a shared belief that hair care should be both effective and ethical, they saw an opportunity to redefine the industry. They set out to create organic, clean formulations that nourish hair without harmful chemicals, while also supporting women entrepreneurs who grow and supply the wholesome ingredients at the heart of NUELE. NUELE was born from the desire to have it all, healthy, glowing, well-nourished, manageable hair, created through sustainable practices that honour people, science, and the many beautiful expressions of hair.
