About Nuhad Studio, LLC

Nuhad Studio is a boutique architecture-led production practice that collaborates locally with U.S. firms on complex projects. We partner with architecture teams during Design Development and Construction Documentation, where coordination density, consultant layering, and operational constraints require disciplined production systems. In these environments, documentation is not administrative. It is structural. Our team comprises experienced architects with deep technical experience and backgrounds at established AEC firms. We operate as a focused extension of in-house project teams primarily during Design Development and Construction Documentation, stabilizing BIM environments, reinforcing model logic, and ensuring alignment between design intent and technical execution. We do not replace design leadership and authorship. We reinforce the production structure. While our primary focus is hospitality and healthcare, we selectively support high-end residential projects that demand comparable levels of detailing precision and coordination rigor.
