About Nuve Partners

Nuve Partners is an investment manager focusing on commercial real estate in the Baltic countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania. We invest in single assets and in larger cash flow generating portfolios. We have launched several new business models and have invested in more than 20 projects. We value suistanable investment management and our activities follow the ESG principles. All our investments are made in cooperation with capital partners.
