Mac Truck is a New York based food truck & distribution start-up. We launched our truck in 2012 at the historic Saratoga Race Tracks in Upstate New York. We have since rapidly grown our food service & retail market, producing 1 million lbs in food service since 2019! You can now find us serving Manhattans lunch rush, GovBall, NYC Comic Con, Yankees Stadium and Minnesota Vikings! We are proud partners of Sysco Metro, Cheney Brothers FL and Ace Endico. Our products include: our Classic Mac, White Mac, our Cheese Sauce and Crawfish Mac.
