Today, NYCERS has grown into one the largest municipal public employee retirement systems in the United States, with more than 430,000 active members and retirees, including civilian employees such as clerical workers, accountants and social workers, and uniformed employees such as New York City Correction Officers and Sanitation Workers. NYCERS is a defined benefit retirement plan and a cost-sharing, multiple employer public employee retirement system, dedicated to a client-centered approach to deliver quality service to our members, retirees, and beneficiaries. NYCERS is extremely proud of it’s diverse workforce, and we are looking for talented and enthusiastic people to assist in providing world-class service to our clients in a great work environment with advancement opportunities.
