About OAC SPACE

At OAC SPACE, we design and deliver spaces that are built for the people who use them. Based in London and the South East, we are a leading principal contractor offering a fully integrated service that spans the entire project lifecycle. From concept to completion, we ensure every detail aligns with our client’s vision and needs. What sets OAC SPACE apart from traditional firms is our in-house mechanical and electrical division. This capability allows us to deliver projects with greater control, efficiency, and innovation. We take full responsibility for every aspect of your project, whether it’s a fit-out, dilapidation works, or the installation of lighting, pumps, HVAC, and other key systems. With expertise across multiple sectors—including offices, retail, and leisure—OAC SPACE provides tailored solutions that meet both functional and aesthetic requirements. Our approach goes beyond construction, incorporating long-term value through our comprehensive maintenance division. Whether you’re managing a large commercial office or revamping a retail space, OAC SPACE remains a trusted partner well beyond the initial build. From start to finish, we work closely with clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Our team is committed to creating environments that work for people, providing spaces that are not only well-constructed but also designed for long-term usability and comfort.
