Oak Coast Properties is a real estate investment firm primarily focused on core plus, value-add and opportunistic real estate acquisitions across the United States. Our exclusive platform not only provides collective investment opportunities in direct deals, but also accommodates Joint Venture investments alongside likeminded JV operating partners with experience in their asset classes and geographic locations. OCP was founded by experienced operators with over 45 years of business and investment management experience. Since inception, we have executed over $2 billion of successful transactions and have developed and refined our unique approach to investing in real estate. Our investment philosophy, which consists of five tenets— focus on existing cash flow, have an operational mindset, manage risk, be value oriented, and maximize investor returns, is complemented by integral fundamentals that comprise OCP’s commitment to investing in growth and creating value.
