About Oak Development & Design

Oak Development & Design is a Massachusetts based design firm specializing in remodeling and building spec homes. We like to think we build things differently. Yes we build spec houses but we strive every day to work towards making our spec houses look as far from a spec house as possible. With so many developers out there why choose us? This is what we think about every day when we step onto our job site. We strive to think outside the box with every decision we make. Our homes are functional, yet we never loose site of quality, craftsmanship and of course the needs of todays buyers. We build homes. We build lifestyle. Most of all we build relationships.
