About Oaklyn Consulting

Oaklyn Consulting is a different kind of investment banking firm for private companies. We help clients complete mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and other strategic transactions; arrange financing; and manage investor relationships. By working as consultants, not brokers, we help in situations where many investment bankers cannot. Our mission is to add something to the business communities where we operate, complementing the work of commercial and investment bankers, corporate lawyers, personal financial planners, CPAs and professional investors. We bring together corporate finance expertise, deep experience at business decision-making and a time-based billing model in order to address capital worries that keep business owners up nights.
