At Oasis Care, we provide specialist support in our residential care home, CQC registered, and supported accommodation, which is Ofsted registered. We are committed to providing personalised, outcome-focused care that enables young people and adults to lead more fulfilling and enriched lives. We specialise in supporting individuals with learning difficulties (i.e. ADHD), mental health conditions (i.e. trauma, anxiety, depression, self-harm), and complex challenging behaviours transition to independence. Langley Homes is a Residential Care Home supporting individuals aged 16-65 with varying complex needs. Riverside Court is a Supported Accommodation for individuals aged 16-18 transitioning to independence. We provide tailored support plans and a trained team, we ensure residents receive the appropriate support to achieve positive outcomes. Our supported accommodation also accommodates young people at risk of homelessness and unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking children
