Oasis Sanctuaries delivers professionally facilitated restorative intensives for individuals, couples, and families experiencing burnout, chronic stress, and capacity depletion. Our work addresses burnout not as a personal failure, but as a predictable outcome of prolonged responsibility, trauma exposure, and unsustainable systems. We provide structured, evidence informed intensives that create the conditions for real recovery. Physical rest, emotional regulation, relational repair, and renewed clarity around capacity and calling. Unlike traditional support models that focus on coping alone, our intensives are designed to restore capacity at the source. We work one household at a time, allowing for depth, discretion, and highly tailored care. This focused approach enables breakthroughs that are rarely possible in ongoing weekly support or group-based programmes.
