About Oasis Talent Group

Oasis Talent Group is a next-generation creator management and digital growth agency at the intersection of technology, media, and performance. We specialize in building scalable influencer brands and automating creator growth through systems, data, and strategic partnerships. Born from a team of operators, marketers, and automation architects, Oasis empowers creators and brands to thrive across every major platform — transforming individual talent into sustainable digital enterprises. With a roster of 200+ managed and partnered creators, Oasis represents a collective social reach exceeding 200 million across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging digital platforms. From top-tier talent to emerging voices, Oasis bridges creative storytelling with monetization — leveraging our proprietary systems to deliver measurable results. For brands, Oasis develops end-to-end influencer marketing strategies — from concept and creator sourcing to campaign execution, reporting, and long-term brand ambassadorship. Our campaigns combine performance marketing precision with creative storytelling, blending the art of influence with the science of scale. Led by Ethan James, Oasis operates as both a creative agency and a technology company — driving the future of the creator economy through innovation, data, and partnerships. Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, with a distributed global team, Oasis is redefining what it means to manage creators, automate growth, and build brands that last.
