Ocean Bay Recovery is a boutique residential addiction treatment centre offering clinically structured care in a calm, coastal environment just 100m from the beach in St Francis Bay, South Africa. We provide a high-touch, personalised alternative to institutional rehabs, blending evidence-based clinical structure with natural immersion and deep therapeutic connection. Our programme supports both South African and international clients through a full continuum of care – including medically supported detox (where required), primary residential treatment (30-day minimum), secondary care, and aftercare support. Led by a multidisciplinary team, our model includes clinical governance, medical oversight, case reviews and one-on-one therapeutic engagement. With a maximum of just 8 clients at a time, we ensure every individual receives focused, responsive support. Our setting is an integral part of the recovery process – clients access the beach daily and participate in guided nature therapy sessions as part of their therapeutic journey.
