About Ocean Blue

Ocean Blue is the result of a collaboration between premier Honolulu marketing agency Joyce Timpson & Associates Inc, otherwise known as JTA Hawaii, and Japanese lifestyle company Takami Holdings Ltd. The outcome is a powerful brand experience agency built upon the legacies of both, with deep values of service, culture, and trust. We are experts in creating world-class brands and ensuring every client touchpoint is anticipated, impactful, and memorable. With four decades of experience in Hawaii and nearly a century in Japan, our expertise on both sides of the Pacific make us a unique and powerful partner.
