About Octain Recruitment

Specialist Recruitment Agency within the Construction / Industrial and Rail Industry. Our team is focused on getting the job done, it doesn't matter how challenging the task or how short a deadline is, we pride ourselves on our flexibility and our desire to get results. We have a close-knit team of recruitment consultants all with particular areas of expertise ready and on hand to help make your business run smoothly. Each team member has already built up extensive knowledge in the field that they specialise in, which means they are always one step ahead and have many fresh ideas as to how to assist recruiters. We are used to working with established companies who know exactly what they need, although, we also work regularly with either individual managers or businesses that look to us for support and guidance. Either way, we are able to provide an extremely competent service in both rail recruitment and construction recruitment across London, the South East and the UK as a whole. Both these areas of recruitment demand an extensive knowledge of health and safety guidelines and an understanding of the ever changing legal ramifications. As a team we place a lot of emphasis on our own personnel development and we regularly review and discuss industry trends and the impacts that they would have on our clients. Our approach to customer service means that clients tend to come back time and time again. This is absolutely what we want to encourage, building long term relationships is very important to us and we strive to keep up our high standards.
