About ODR Studios

ODR Studios is an industrial film and photography studio + event space. 10,000 unobstructed sq. ft over two floors, a 19’-high wooden truss ceiling, cement walls, large factory windows and drive-in vehicle ramp. Housed in a renovated 1920s transformer factory, the chic loft-style studio doubles as a raw warehouse set with natural daylight, gritty textures and a curated selection of furniture. Our 2nd Floor Daylight Loft & 1st Floor Workshop & Stage cater to all sizes of productions and can be used for: filming, staging, catering, prop fabrication and everything in between.
