The group which was established in 1957 by the late brothers Yuli and Sammy Ofer, is controlled and managed today by Mrs. Liora Ofer. It owns hundreds of thousands of square meters for lease, including shopping and commercial centers, office and commercial buildings, industrial parks and high-tech zones, as well as land reserves for late initiation, development and construction. In addition, the Group initiates and builds prestigious residential projects in Israel and abroad. In its early years of operation the group operated in the fields of shipping, investments and holdings (formerly known as “Ofer Brothers”), is one of the Israeli leading business groups, operating in a variety of fields , in Israel and abroad, including real estate (residential and commercial), hotels and investments.
