About Off Coast Wellness

At Off Coast Wellness, we believe healthcare should be personalized, proactive, and empowering — not rushed or “one-size-fits-all.” OCW is a concierge-style practice based in Southern Delaware that helps women feel like themselves again through hormone optimization, weight management, and functional nutrition. We specialize in guiding patients through life transitions such as perimenopause, menopause, and andropause, as well as addressing the complex challenges of fatigue, brain fog, mood changes, weight fluctuations, and metabolic health concerns. With an approach rooted in advanced lab testing, PCOS, evidence-based protocols, and lifestyle integration, OCW offers care that is both scientifically sound and deeply patient-centered. Our Services Include: Hormone Therapy (HT): Bioidentical and FDA-approved therapies tailored to each individual’s needs. Weight Management: Customized programs that combine medical expertise, nutrition, and accountability to support long-term success. Functional Nutrition & Lifestyle Medicine: Root-cause focused strategies addressing gut health, nutrient optimization, sleep, stress, and movement. Concierge Care: Extended visit times, direct communication, and a supportive, trusted relationship with your provider. OCW was built to challenge the limitations of traditional healthcare — where patients often feel unheard, rushed, or told “everything is normal” when they know it isn’t. Here, we listen, we investigate, and we walk with you every step of the way. Beyond clinical care, OCW is also a hub for community wellness. From local events and educational workshops to partnerships with gyms, studios, and nutrition experts, we’re committed to creating ripple effects of health and empowerment in the Delaware coastal community and beyond.
