About Office Yoga Israel

Office Yoga, the leading company in Israel for mind-body wellness at the office, brings "East meets West" solutions for the challenges and difficulties employees experience in today's times. We specialise in providing Yoga classes, Meditation courses, lectures and workshops to companies and organizations, based on their specific needs. We focus on long term processes and creating diligence in the group, as to provide a solid infrastructure for personal growth, benefiting the individual and the company alike. Continuous practice of Yoga & Meditation in the office increases vigilance, concentration and creativity, while reducing stress and pain, caused by long hours of sitting in front of the computer and a high pace & demand working environment. Integrating our wellness programs into the organization significantly contributes to employee conservation, forges "team spirit", and at the end - makes people more calm, productive and happy.
