About OG Advisors LLC

Every fire and EMS agency deserves a system that fits—one that supports field operations, reporting, and compliance. But without the right guidance, many departments face vendor pressure, overpromised features, and costly missteps. OG Advisors brings over 20 years of fire and EMS software experience to your side of the table. We help departments evaluate, select, and manage Fire RMS and ePCR systems with clarity and confidence. Not sure if it’s time to explore a new Fire RMS or ePCR platform? We’ll assess whether your current solution can be improved through smarter vendor engagement and better use of existing features. If it is time to explore new options, we’ll guide you through the entire process—helping you stay focused, avoid distractions, and make the right decision based on your department’s true needs. Is your current RMS or ePCR system administrator retiring or moving up the ranks? Battalion Chiefs, Captains, and Program Coordinators are valuable resources—don’t reassign them to data entry. OG Advisors can provide an experienced, hands-on system administrator to manage your reporting, workflows, and vendor communications, so your team can stay focused on serving the community.
