Oh No Bagels is a new bagel shop opening in Lehi, Utah. We make small batch, boiled and baked bagels the way they’re supposed to be made. Simple ingredients. Strong flavors. No shortcuts. Everything in house. We’re building this shop from scratch and documenting the entire process from drywall and equipment installs to the first batch out of the oven.
