OIG Compliance NOW (OIGCN) is dedicated to ensuring that your organization is in total compliance with OIG/GSA compliance requirements, including adherence to all applicable federal/state regulations and guidelines. Utilizing our proprietary screening and investigation tracking software, we conduct monthly statewide and nationwide searches for OIG excluded individuals and entities who are ineligible to participate in Medicare, Medicaid, The State Children’s Health Insurance Program, and all federal and state health care programs. We work closely with your organization to develop customized processes and procedures that demonstrate your commitment to healthcare compliance on all levels, thus reducing or eliminating your potential risk for OIG sanctions. Sanction Screening & Medicare Opt-Out Services Our Opt-Out program ensures that practitioners that have validated opt-out status do not submit false claims. Our program features: • MONTHLY screening of employees, physicians & vendors • 130+ screening sources--OIG, GSA, Federal/State/Opt-Out • Secure, encrypted list uploads & reporting • Investigation & validation of all potential exclusions • Fixed Annual Cost Vendor Contracting & Screening Services OIGCN develops customized platforms for the “vendorization” process for regulated institutions. Both current and prospective vendors utilize a web-based, client-branded registration and screening platform that quickly approves vendors for contracting and provides downloadable data files for internal CRM & A/P system updates. Our program features: • Customized web-based platform for vendor registration • Collection & validation of vendor names and TINs/SSNs • Vendor background, credit & bankruptcy/lien checks • All features of our sanction screening services, including screening of vendor employees • Downloadable data files indicating vendor approvals/exclusions, plus W-9 form for each vendor • Fixed Annual Cost
