About OK You
OK You addresses this country's youth mental health epidemic by engaging young people in transformative arts and wellness practices. As the number of youth struggling with anxiety and depression continues to rise, this work has never been more urgent. In response, we support school counselors, community organizations, families, and others in trusted, culturally-specific roles with youth, providing free projects and resources, professional development training, youth and caregiver workshops, and youth leadership opportunities, like our Inner Peace Corps program. Since 2019, OK You has supported more than 100 schools and youth-supporting organizations in Oregon, and 30,000+ youth supporters across the country who make use of our online resources to support dozens to hundreds of youth in their care. Visit okyou.org to learn more and to support our mission as an Anxiety Society donor, program collaborator, or volunteer. Find even more free projects on our YouTube Channel @createyourownok.
