Our main products are the Courageous Cooking School at La Pitchoune (the former vacation property of Julia Child). The world's first recipe-free cooking school in the world, with a science backed pedagogy. and RecipeKick.tv: A livestreamed, live-produced cooking platform to help home cooks kick recipes to the curb or find a sidekick to recipes to support them in becoming competent, and courageous cooks. We produce documentaries and television series; create in-person experiences; and more.
