About Oklahoma Business Ethics Consortium
The Oklahoma Business Ethics Consortium (OK Ethics) advances ethical leadership across Oklahoma’s business community. Founded in 2003, OK Ethics has grown from a small discussion group into a statewide network of more than 900 members representing 200 companies, governmental agencies, and nonprofit organizations. As a 501(c)(6) nonprofit, we provide a trusted, non-partisan forum for leaders committed to integrity in the workplace. Our mission is simple: To support and promote ethical standards in business by providing networking, education, and resources for people who seek to live and work with integrity. Guided by principles of service, collaboration, respect, courage, and trust, our members engage in meaningful conversations about accountability, culture, governance, and responsible decision-making. Through monthly programs, executive forums, and signature initiatives like the Compass Awards and Executive Pilot Award, OK Ethics recognizes organizations and individuals who exemplify ethical leadership. We believe ethical business strengthens organizations, elevates communities, and enhances life at work. Whether you are an executive shaping company culture, an educator developing future leaders, or a professional committed to doing business the right way, OK Ethics exists to connect and equip you.
