About Old Boat Corner Community Hub

The Old Boat is a warm, safe and happy place for the whole community. Projects include community cafe, kitchen & garden, clothes swap, food pantry, young people's sessions, international women’s group, library, youth club, older people's groups, support for new parents & soft play. A popular & thriving building for anyone. The building itself is free to use and you can spend a whole day there on very little money. We keep our doors open through self-funding and generation of income and fund the projects through grants and donations. We are a community building that is run for the community by the community with them at the heart of every decision.
