Old Park Lane Management (OPLM) is an investment and development company, mainly focused in Central London. Since its establishment in 1995, the portfolio has grown to 14 properties and over 1.5 million sq ft of, predominantly, office accommodation. Our strategy focuses on creating value via strategic acquisitions, redevelopment and repositioning with a view to enhancing the portfolio for long term capital and income growth.
