About Oldach Trading

Oldach has more than 70 years of experience in Puerto Rico and is positioned as one of the leading distributors of HVAC equipment and parts on the island. The company is owned by partners Giancarlo Brito and Félix Campos. The corporate offices are located in the metropolitan area, at Las Palmas Industrial Park in Cataño, from where efforts are focused on the distribution of residential and commercial air conditioning systems, refrigeration, industrial cooling, ventilation, water treatment, replacement parts, installation materials, and air and water filtration systems. Oldach’s infrastructure exceeds 224,000 square feet, distributed among offices, warehouses, and showrooms across eighteen buildings strategically located in Puerto Rico, St. Thomas (USVI), Orlando, Kissimmee, Tampa, the Dominican Republic, and Panama. Among the brands represented by Oldach are Midea, MDV, Fujitsu, Armstrong, Allied, Ducane, Danfoss, Russell, Loren Cook, Evapco, among many others, depending on the market or territory. Oldach’s sales operations are organized into two main divisions: the Residential/ Light Commercial Group, and the Commercial/ Industrial Group. Both divisions are supported by highly trained personnel and extensive resources to meet the needs of customers within the HVAC industry. Since 2016, Oldach Trading has experienced significant growth in the commercialization of Midea ductless products and VRF systems. As a result of this success, the division has expanded its portfolio to include large-scale Midea Applied products, such as air-cooled chillers, air handling units, centrifugal chillers, and screw chillers. Today, the Trading division has a presence throughout the Caribbean and Central America.
